Terms of Service

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate details during signup and checkout, and to promptly update them if they change. We may suspend access if information is materially inaccurate and prevents delivery of the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us as soon as possible if you suspect unauthorized use.

The Services are intended for individuals aged 16 and older. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.

Unless explicitly allowed in writing, accounts are for individual use. Sharing login credentials with others may result in suspension or termination to protect learners, instructors, and content integrity.

Prices are shown on the checkout page and may be presented in a local or default currency. Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added depending on your billing location and legal requirements.

By submitting payment, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the selected payment method for the total amount shown, including any recurring charges if you choose a subscription or installment plan.

If a charge is declined or reversed, access to paid features may be paused until payment is successfully completed. You remain responsible for any amounts owed for Services already delivered.

Discount codes are valid only for the time period and conditions stated at redemption. Codes may be limited to one per customer and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have attended fewer than two live sessions and have not substantially consumed the paid content. Refund eligibility may be limited where non-waivable consumer law exceptions apply.

After the 14-day period, we may offer pro-rated credits for future courses or rescheduling options at our discretion, considering attended sessions, instructor time reserved, and delivered materials.

If you miss a scheduled live session, it may be counted as attended for refund and credit calculations. Where possible, we may provide a make-up option, a recording (if permitted), or alternative materials, depending on the course format.

Requests must include your purchase email, course name, and a brief reason. We may ask for additional verification to prevent fraud. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

You agree not to harass, threaten, or discriminate against others, including instructors and learners. We may remove participants from sessions for disruptive behavior to maintain a safe learning environment.

You may not record live sessions, screenshots of protected materials, or private communications without explicit permission from all relevant parties, unless required by applicable law. Violations may result in immediate termination.

You agree not to attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, scrape content at scale, or interfere with the Services. Automated access is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

Course materials are provided for personal learning. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from protected materials except as permitted in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinguaVista and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant course or subscription during the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services, and may update course content to improve learning outcomes or maintain quality. If a material change affects your paid access, we will provide reasonable notice when feasible.
